The next two exercises are about reservation and confirmation letters. You have to drag the parts of the letters into the correct order.You will begin with the letter of reservation and then go straight on to the letter of confirmation.

Listening
You are going to listen to a checking in dialogue at the reception desk. After listening the dialogue do the following exercise and decide if the sentences are true or false.

At last you can watch a little sketch from a famous Fawlty Towers movie and see that sometimes there can be too many receptionists behind the reception desk but it doesn't help to serve the guests better.
