confirmation letters. You have to drag the parts of the letters into the
correct order.You will begin with the letter of reservation and then go straight on to the letter of confirmation.
Read the both letters with full attention and have a
look at vocabulary and phrased used and opening and closing of the both.

You can watch a little sketch from a famous Fawlty Towers movie and enjoy the British humor. This video is about the ordinary day at the reception desk. Pay attention to the receptionist 's behaviour when she has to deal with the angry client.

- Make up a dialogue with your partner. One of you will play the angry client who wants to do anything to get more attention
- Try to stay cool
- At last change the parts and do it the other way round
